NO LIMITS | 2 GERMANY ALLROUNDER FOR SCHARR GERMANY EXCELLENT COLLABORATION WITH ENIRA With around 210,000 customers in private households, commerce and industry FRIED- RICH SCHARR KG is one of the biggest sup- pliers of energy in SW Germany. Established in 1883, this company now managed by the 4th generation of the owning family now em- ploys over 650 people. The company mission: To reduce consumption as much as pos- sible through intelligent ener- gy combinations and innova- tive technology. This includes a state-of-the-art vehicle fleet, to which WILLIG makes a very active contribu- tion and for which in the past two years 16 vehicles – main- ly tanker bodies and semi- trailers – were delivered to the Stuttgart-based company. “What we need are robust allrounders for daily distribu- tion traffic,” says Harald Fuchs of SCHARR. That’s why 1 9,500-litre three-chamber tanker bodies are used to transport diesel and fuel oil, as well as tank trailers for the A3 transport, which can carry a total of 16,500 litres in two chambers. Since 2016, ENIRA Energie Raiffeisen GmbH has bundled the energy expertise of five strong partners from the cooperative en- vironment for the benefit of its customers, sup- porting them from its headquarters in Nottuln, North Rhine Westphalia. With a focus on heating oil and diesel and a common fleet, the company reliably supplies customers from private households, agriculture, industry and commerce as well as property management companies. WILLIG delivered three ve- hicles to ENIRA in 2017 (2 tank bodies, 1 tanker semi- trailer) and will manufacture another three vehicles for this customer this year (2 tank bodies, 1 tanker semi-trailer). Sales representative Matthias Bachmann is pleased about the “good, constructive co- operation with his partners at ENIRA”. WILLIG: QUALITY FOR SME’S Whether at home or abroad: WILLIG quali- ty convinces wherever you are. Because the Straubing-based vehicle specialist adapt its products to specific customer requirements. SWEDEN In the summer of 2017, WILLIG won a major order from FMV, the procurement operation of the Swedish armed forces. By 2021, up to 44 semi-trailers for the transport of petrol, diesel and jet A1 will be delivered under the contract until 2021 – 12 of them in 2018. Each road train consists of a 4-axle trailer (38 t) and a tanker body (26 t). “With this order, we positi- on ourselves as a supplier in the military sector and can develop new know-how in design, processing and documentati- on,” says WILLIG CEO And- reas Gillner. CZECH REPUBLIC In 2017/2018, WILLIG delivered a total of 35 tanker semi-trailers to the largest Czech petroleum transport company Petrotrans, which supplies the Benzina filling stations for the Czech parent company Unipetrol. The new WILLIG tankers will also be used to rep- lenish SHELL filling stations in the Czech Re- public. The vehicles are equipped with Bar- tec dipstick technology, SPD monitoring, data transmission and online connection. “With the vehicles in the Czech Republic, Willig also provides a professional full service to mi- nimize downtime,” says Peter Follrich (Mana- ging Director of WILLIG s.r.o., Photo below). Petrotrans CEO Tomas Sedlak commented: “The new Willig tankers operate in 3-shifts, virtually nonstop. In addition to the price, weight and high precision measurement technology, our specifications included a complete dispensing system, a tamper-proof dispensing system, online monitoring/data transmission and monitoring of all valves. We chose WILLIG because our parent company demanded the highest standards of enginee- ring and service. These standards were per- fectly realised in the WILLIG vehicles, and in WILLIG s.r.o. we had the security of a strong service partner.”
